Practice

As a Pediatric Functional Health Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Kat’s mission is to empower children and their families by providing personalized, holistic care that nurtures both physical and emotional well-being. With a profound understanding of pediatric health, she integrates evidence-based practices with functional medicine principles to address the root causes of health concerns, not just symptoms.

Dr. Kat’s approach is personal, having sought functional medicine herself to improve her own health. She collaborates closely with families to create individualized treatment plans that prioritize nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors, helping children not just heal, but thrive.

Dedicated to staying current with advances in pediatric care and functional medicine, Dr. Kat is committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child. Whether

addressing chronic conditions, developmental delays, or overall health optimization, she provides compassionate and thoughtful care.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Kat enjoys fitness races (especially Hyrox), traveling, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
